    • All messages logged for compliance
    • A2P 10DLC registration data shared with carriers
    • Opt-out preferences maintained permanently

    AI TRAINING:

    • We may use anonymized conversation data to improve AI
    • Never use customer personal data for training
    • You can opt-out of contributing to training data

    4. INFORMATION SHARING

    • Payment processors (Stripe, etc.)
    • SMS carriers (for message delivery)
